    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course let me learn as much about my country as I possibly could have in a school year. My classes were interesting and I always loved going to class since my teacher was wonderful. It was a good bit of work and kept me busy so I had no time to be lazy last year which helped me keep my grades up.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part of American History is World War II. My teacher also happened to love WWII so that helped me as a student learn the most I could,

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not be lazy! Read the text book every night! (It's a pain but it's worth it). Stay organized and do your homework as soon as you get it. When doing essays, start as soon as you get it. Be on top of your game!!!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Because I took this course, I am able to write faster and on a much higher level. The information I learned about the history of our country was more interesting than I could imagine. The course challenged me to study more effectively and to prioritize my homework.

    Course highlights:

This course was by far my favorite! I enjoyed my teacher very much. She gave lectures but was very engaged and made the stories come to life. I liked taking notes and learning what study habits worked best for me. I especially like studying the World War II Era and the Great Depression. It was neat to see the way history threads through and affects the present. I can see resemblance in the policies of different Presidents and leaders. And we studied the mistakes of the past so that we won't repeat them.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

You have to be committed. This course requires time and intentional effort. Start preparing for tests and exams early. Do not procrastinate. Do your own research.
