    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course because it gave me real world knowledge that I will take with me after high school. It made me more interested in politics and the world around me. It was fairly simple and focused more on true understanding of material rather than notes/test taking that most classes include.

    Course highlights:

You will read several poems and stories from all over the world, and watch a lot of documentaries on real world events and things going on today. My favorite part was the Africa unit, where we read poetry from a Rwanda refugee. I learned so much, but to generalize I would say I learned to gain a perspective on how many cultures the world has to offer.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep an open mind, and pay attention. If you are open to the material the curriculum has to offer you will learn so much with so little effort required. It's a great class.
