Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I prefer online classes to traditional classroom settings. I find it easier to work around my life in general. I'm a very restless person and can only concentrate for certain amounts of time at a stretch.

    Course highlights:

I gained a better appreciation for ancient history and our ancestors. What they were able to accomplish was impressive. Their art and culture was beautiful. Their lives were much more difficult and perilous on a day to day basis than anything we have to face today.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready to write. If you are online be ready to read and respond to your classmates. Many people don't enjoy the humanities but our ancestors deserve our respect. Try to appreciate what they built and the hardships they faced.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it required me to learn outside the class and it helped me understand concerts outside of the classroom. I bettered my writing skills and the course topics intrigued me.

    Course highlights:

I leaned about past governments, their demise, and the significant people of the eras. There is a lot to do with art, architecture and philosophy and how it has carried on to present time as well. I find that was the most interesting part and even one of the papers in class is about this topic.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Work on your writing skills and read the required material. As long as you put effort into wanting to learn, then you will see your work produced the grade you worked for. You can only inspire yourself to work and want to learn, but when you do so, you feel the most accomplished at the end of the course.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I never had experience in any kind of art or humanities and this course opened my eyes to new perspectives and talents that I never knew I had

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course are learning new ways to view art and being able to distinguish different artists and their work is actually very interesting.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed, you have to put in the amount of work in which you want your grade to reflect. The course material is very easy, as long as you put in your best effort.
