    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor is extremely kind, understanding and fair.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were learning more about our universe.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest actually reading the course material and staying on top of your attendance.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I did not like Professor Davis' teaching style. He did not explain a lot of the things that were on the quiz, and the study guides he handed out for said quizzes had absolutely no relevant information on them whatsoever.

    Course highlights:

I learned general knowledge of the Sun, Stars, history of astronomy, but I cannot think of any highlights. I struggled a lot in this course.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the textbook. It will help you more than the professor will.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I loved this class. Professor Davis has a good sense of humor as well as a good sense of understanding of what he is teaching. I would recommend this to any science/physics majors, as well as someone looking for an interesting class to transition them between high school and college classes (which is what I used it for).

    Course highlights:

I learned about some of the moons of various planets of our solar system, as well as about space itself. We learned formulas to figure out the orbits and distances of planets, the different "days", "months" and "years" that other planets experience. It was a very cool and informative class that won't occupy too much of your time.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Just make sure you take notes if he says to, and if he passes out a study guide before a test, study off of it because they are very helpful and will definitely get you a better grade.
