    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this class for anyone not just people looking to go into psychology because it was one of the most in depth and interesting classes that I have ever had. Instead of just generally telling you about anxiety and depression they go into complete detail with a list of symptoms and behaviors associated with it and examples of scenarios.

    Course highlights:

I really enjoyed leaning about the different parts of the brain and what their function in relation to psychology was such as the hypothalamus, the amygdala, the frontal cortex. You will learn what damaging one of these areas does to a persons body and mental capacity. By damaging one area of the brain your understanding could be affected or damaging another could interfere with talking in general (mouth movement).

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This course is definitely heavy on the reading but it is an important task to complete in order to succeed in the class. Also if you keep up with the daily reading and review prior tests the AP exam will be one of your most simplest tests.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

If your school doesn't offer A.P. Psychology as a class, I would highly recommend taking it online. It's a very interesting topic that focuses on different patters in the brain. It's not too much work, it's not too time consuming, but it's actually a fun class. You have the chance to work as fast or as slow as you want. If you are a self motivated student it's very convenient.

    Course highlights:

I learned all the way from different mood disorders, to sleep patterns, to scientists theories on psychology, to different types of abuses. Needless to say, it is VERY educational.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say to make sure you either keep up with your work or get ahead. I finished my class two months before school ended and it took a huge load of stress off my shoulders, and was one less thing to worry about. If you know you are self motivated and this topic interests you, you won't regret this class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

If you are a self motivated student, and your school doesn't offer A.P. Psychology, I would highly recommend taking it online. I learned so much and had a lot of fun along the way. You have freedom to work at a faster or slower pace which tones down the stress level, and your teacher is always an e-mail away happy to answer any questions.

    Course highlights:

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take this class! You won't regret it and it will prepare you for college. Also, if you pass the exam you have a chance for college credit!
