    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This course allowed my to take PE over the summer in order to clear my schedule for academic courses like physics to prepare for a more vigorous schedule as an upper class man.

    Course highlights:

    Not only did you have to learn about your health and sports like a class setting through online discussions and essays, but you also have to keep a daily fitness log in order to meet the sports hour requirements for three sports or activities you do over the summer. These logs were great to balance the types of activities you do and gave me a reason to wake up early to go to the gym each day. Also the course taught me a lot about my health and body that I did not know before the course.

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    This class was not tough in terms of content, but tough in terms of amount of time and effort required to succeed. Keeping yourself organized with your assignments as well as you time is key and getting ahead in easier unit components like the class discussions really helped.
