    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course helps you create a better understanding of how one gathers data which is important knowledge that you will use at some point in your life. If you ever want to prove anything you must back it up with facts, but it is important to understand how one gathers those facts. Mrs. Ellis is an amazing teacher. I would highly recommend her. She is filled with energy, cares about her students, and goes out of her way to create a positive atmosphere.

    Course highlights:

-how one gathers factual information -I have found that this information transfers over to physics and calculus -kahoot games! -candy prizes -feeling well prepared for the AP exam with minimal out of class preperation

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Spend a lot of time really understanding the first two units because the rest of the year is the same concept just slight changes within the equations.

I liked learning about how statistics is highly relevant and significant to contemporary successful businesses. Mr. Breen enjoys talking about past students who send him examples of their current math-related work in their career pursuits. It made the course very relevant.

    Hours per week:

    Advice for students:

Pay attention to the instructor, because the material would be over the head of most students; you need guidance.
