Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is extremely interesting and applicable to everyday life, the topics you study and the researchers you learn about is not boring or outdated, it is still relevant. Taking this course helps me understand human behavior more, and therefore it allows me to classify it.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of AP psychology were the in class conversation concerning humaneness, the discussions about nature vs. nurture, and the discussions talking about a black and white world or if there are grey areas. I learned how I feel about things like the death penalty, I also learned about why people act the way they do in certain, commonly occurring, situations.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You should read the textbook but if you decide not to, make sure you pay attention in class because the teacher really does cover most everything that is in the textbook.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Where do I begin with this? This is by far my favorite class I have taken in High School and here is why: The teacher is outsanding and the class material is very intersting. Mr. Moran knows his psych very well and will run and very fun learning environment. I learned a lot about psychology in this class. The corse focused on learning the different psychology experiments and how they have affected psychology. Mr. Moran is an amazing teacher. He knows how to relate to students and is there to help with anything, whether its psychology or life. I had this class 6th hour and looked forward to going to this class every day. This class is very intersting with an awsome teacher.

    Course highlights:

My highlight from this class is the end of the year project after the AP exam. My group got to go to on the elemntary schools and run one of the prominent experiments with some of the students. We then had to give a presentation on it. The presentations taught me more about the experiemtns as we got to see results from people within our school district.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To all students considering this course, know that it will take effort. Reading is essential to this couse in order to stay on top of the class. It moves very fast and requires effort from students in order to understand lectures and to discuss topics. I wish I had known about the reading before hand because I feel I would have been more successful. I would stringly reccomend this class. It was an amazing class that allowed me to learn a subject that I may pursue in the future.
