Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

AP United States History teaches students about the fundamental events that shaped our nation, from its humble beginnings to the diverse melting pot that we live in today.

    Course highlights:

One highlight of this course involved the founding documents of our nation: the Constitution and Declaration of Independence. These documents continue to influence contemporary politics, and marked a significant step toward equality for all.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Thoroughly read each chapter to fully understand the key events and historical figures in America's timeline. This course is based heavily on memorization, and as such one should remember to regularly review material learned earlier in the year.
