    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it paves the way for tougher courses in college and it challenges you to read difficult books and passages.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were group projects and power points. I learned new AP language vocab and learned about different books.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Study in advance for the AP exam. Learn new vocab each night and practice reading challenging books. Also practice writing essays.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class really allowed me to become a better writer and pushed me to write with more detail and psychological insight. This is one of the few classes where I still remember everything I was taught and know it will help me for the rest of my life.

    Course highlights:

I learned about various styles of writers and how figurative language is incorporated. I remember doing several powerpoints and projects to reinforce my learning which I found to be extremely helpful!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you read all of the books! It really helps you to become a better writer and is necessary to thoroughly answer the prompts.
