Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I recommend this class to any student who is interested in how the mind works and how we process and interpret life. Everything we think and do is directly controlled by our brain and anatomy and if you are interesting in the different mysteries of how and why, this is the class for you.
For me, AP Psychology was definitely one of the classes I always looked forward to. In the beginning, it started off a bit slow with history and facts about psychology and the many talented scientists. However, the highlights of this course for me was the lessons where we learned about the parts of the brain and the processes that are interconnected with the brain. For instance, the hippocampus which is in control of memory, if damaged, your memory is also damaged. Whether you can have anterograde amensia or retrograde amnesia. When someone states that another individual only acts this why because of psychological reasons, its true. Our body is controlled by the brain. The way we act, feel, and react is all because of the brain and its processes.

Advice for students:
If you are considering taking this course, I suggest that you definitely study. Make study cards, make powerpoints, make illustrations or really anything that will help you memorize everything that you are taught. AP Psychology is a class where you definitely need to comprehend the different definitions and processes of the brain. Memorization is a key component to taking this class. For me, I used flash cards and made practice quizzes which in the end really paid off. I advise you not to mass-practice, which is cramming. You will not do well if you cram. Distribute your studying and use all the hours, minutes, and seconds that are available for you to study.
