Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would reccommed this course because it involves children who learn how to do specific creative things that involve Physical, Social, Emotional, and Intellectual development. You can learn from the experience of teaching children who dont or do have special needs, and think of a way to provide for their needs. I think it's a good start on what you want to do for the future that involve's children, which is what I am considering for my major in Early Childhood Eduaction

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was making awsome lesson plans, seeing students progress, and developing good relationships with one another because of support. I learn that you need to have patience and really focus on the importance of their education. Sometimes we make mistakes but we learn how to manage those mistakes and thats what we want children to learn. You can achieve in anthing and still have potential if you just try and be persistent.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

If you see yourself being a teacher, guidance counselar, or a nurse this would be the right course for you. Just know, you have to be creative and patience for this particular kind of thing.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course simply because it is a great way to understand the growth of children's and you physically work with them. You'll see how much positive energy this course will bring you and how easy it actually is. I have taken this course all 4 years and I do not regret it, I love working with kids and getting to work with the everyday in school always made me happy. I know anyone else that has taken this course can relate too.

    Course highlights:

There is so many highlights of this course, I do not know where to begin. It doesn't matter what kids walk through the door, all you need to know is if you are going through something tough the kids will change that because they will always keep a smile on your face and will always have you laughing. So much is given out but if you think about it, it is more knowledge added and easier than you think. The work you receive is always about kids, it is either, motor skills, milestones, diseases, and many more. I personally do not regret taking this course, I loved it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

All I can say is, do it for the kids and yourself. The kids in that classroom will look up too not only as teacher but a sibling. Whatever you do, they will try to do too. If you let yourself down then you are letting the kids down as well. Always keep a positive energy, whatever happens outside the classroom then you keep it outside the classroom. Put all your effort in the lessons you teach them because they are the ones learning not you so give them something they will have fun doing and also learning something new that they can go home telling their parents what they learned.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

In this class you can get not only information about an specific career path, but it gives you unlimited experience. I have learned so much not only from the lessons that were given, my teacher and my peers but I have also learned about myself. This class is a great way to explore careers that have to do with children.

    Course highlights:

The biggest highlight of this course is the fact that is a hands-on learning experience. You get to actually be a preschool teacher! Children will come in your class which will become a preschool starting October and you will get to really learn a lot about how it is to work with children and experience how this career is as a whole, and what is expected of you as a caregiver.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you've ever played School with your siblings or friends, definitely go for this class. If you perhaps just like being around children and you feel comfortable working around/with them go for it. It can help you explore that hobby and see how important it is for you. If you don't know, I still recommend it! yes, the children might drive you crazy sometimes but personally it's the best experience you can get from high school, trust me!
