    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class is fabulous! It is constantly interesting and Mr. Rogers is great teacher and person.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the labs. They were where I could apply the knowledge I learned in class to the labs.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be afraid to talk to Mr. Rogers, he is a really nice guy. When he says there is a quiz, he always uses what you went over in class for the content.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend it because it prepares students well for college writing. It can be painful at times but overall, doable. Even if you are not good at writing, you can at least improve. I highly recommend it to learn how to write well.

    Course highlights:

Overtime, I started doing better at the readings and essays. My teacher made us do a lot of practice and their was no relaxation time but it helped in the long run, for sure. I got a 5 on the AP exam because of the constant writing and practice tests.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Even if you don't enjoy English or writing in general, try your best anyway. If you do, you may not perfect your writing, but you certainly will improve and it gives you confidence knowing that you can write a good essay on your own.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it is a rigorous course, so it forces you to stay on top. It also teaches you great essay writing skills that are applicable in all subjects, not just English.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were reading The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn and having discussions about the controversy surrounding the novel.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to stay on top of your work, because once you miss a few assignments they begin to pile up.
