    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    The course provides the student with insight and tools on how an organization conducts a job analysis, job description, compensation and benefit package.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course was learning how to read a job description and how it is created. Once you understand how a job analysis is used to create the description; any prospective candidate can better negotiate the salary for the position they are applying for or currently hold.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Preparation is key. Take advantage of the campus library on and offline. Utilize the references in your textbook and do some additional reading using the references the author used. this will help in understanding the authors flow of thoughts and writing.
