Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend taking this coruse if you are looking to go into a health related career.

    Course highlights:

The way we learned the terminology, while silly, helped a lot! Coming up with things the prefixes and suffixes rhymed with helped keep it fresh in your mind.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study! Make flashcards and go over them before you go to bed! Write the words down multiple times if you have to. If you don't study you won't succeed in this course.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because not only did I learn many useful strategies, but I acquired a great person experience. At first I was unsure of the course considering that it was so hands on, I didn't want to mess up in front of everyone. As the course developed through the year I loved it! I made many friends, I know what to do and what not to do in a time of need, and I also know facts that could be useful in weird situations. This course was one that brought great joy to my day; throughout the years I still use the knowledge that I learned and I am proud of the skills I attained.

    Course highlights:

Emergency Procedures is a course that deals with everything to do with emergency situations, this can be from an arm being cut off to someone choking and everything in or around the topic. Mr.s Jones taught me how to take blood, set up an IV, take someone's blood sugar, and even administer a shot. During this course, I also attained my CPR certification. Everyday the class would talk about the local news and what was going on in our world around use. I learned real strategies to help me if I'm in a trapped car or gunman holding. I thnak him for this basic knowledge and use this to this day.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would obviously tell other students to take this course. It's awesome! You really get the full experience of situations in time of peace or panic.
