    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you are someone like me who struggles with math related courses, Doc Hamer provides ample opportunities to recieve extra help. He stays after school nearly every day, and reaches out to his struggling students to do the same. Doc is a teacher who truly wants to help his students succeed.

    Course highlights:

You cover a variety of topics in the course, including but not limited to light waves, springs, refraction, mirrors, and many more topics. Doc covers the topics in class, but it is expected of you to add to your knowledge outside of class by doing your homework (which is assigned daily), and studying for tests, which are gien after every unit; which ends every week or two.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are someone who doesn't want a lot of homework or tests, this class probabl isn't for you. But if you are someone who is interested in the math and science fields, and has extra time for studying and homework, then this is class you will enjoy.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course if you're a sciencey kind of person. I only took it because I thought I would be going into forensic science but I took the psychoogy route. The teacher was funny and I struggled at first but pulled myself through.

    Course highlights:

I learned that light year is 3.8 X 10^8 and that was all the was important he said at the end of the year

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Teacher yourself, read the book and do the study guide at the end. You don't necessarily have to do the everyday homeworks. You actually have to try.
