    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Doctor Briggs is an amazing professor who will alter his teaching methods just to fit your individual needs. Whether you already are an expert on the material or have never seen it before in your life, he can help.

    Course highlights:

Most students can agree that calc 2 is one of the harder courses you will have to take. It is a lot of series. Thanks to Briggs, I have the concepts down and will only need a quick refresher to bring back the equations.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

DO THE LECTURE PROBLEM SETS. Doctor Briggs will use the exact same problems on all of his quizzes and tests. There are a lot of problems and they are tough, but he can help you through them in office hours. Doing them after each lecture and keeping the work will be a life saver when it comes to getting a good grade.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course mostly because of the professor and the teaching style she uses. She goes over problems step by step and is always willing to help students. She wants the students to feel comfortable enough to go to her office to ask her any questions. She definitely gives off a fun ambiance for the class and is always excited to teach us math materials.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course would be learning the formulas. This course dumps a load of formulas on you but when you start learning how to apply the formulas in problems you begin to realize that it all flows together well and the formulas just stick to you. You're basically memorizing as you practice the problems and apply the formulas.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Write every single thing down that is written on the board by the professor because it will help you immensely. Pay attention to what the professor has to say about each lesson. Do your homework as it will help you on your tests and try to get a friend in the class to study with.
