    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This course give unmanned aircraft systems students hands on experience with industry leading experience with a UAS called Ebee. The lab which is a coincides with this course gives students simulator experience with department of defense UAS.

    Course highlights:

    I learned about mission analysis, site analysis, preflight checks, flight operations, aerial photography, post flight checks, flight monitoring, assembly and disassembly of Ebee, emergency procedures, various industry aerial photography editing and analysis software us, and commercial regulations from the Federal Aviation Administration regarding unmanned aircraft systems in the National Airspace.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Listen and explore. This is a great course to gain experience in actual use of an unmanned aircraft for a multitude of applications. IT is a very interesting course and very useful should you ever work in the industry.
