    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because It teaches you a whole a lot about literature. Especially if you enjoy reading, this course will be great for you. You learn to analyze text, and books, and get a different perspective on literature.

    Course highlights:

In this course I learned to use critical thinking skills, along with literary devices to comprehend and analyze books. I learned new vocabulary as well, that helped me improved my vocabulary.

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed you need to be a responsible, and focused student, who will take the class seriously. You need to turn your work in on time, otherwise you'll receive a zero. Study, study, and study.. Try not to procrastinate, and pay attention.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Ms. Dash's class, for me at least, has helped me to get out of my mindset that every English has the same format as the previous class you have already taken and forced me to exceed my expectations on myself

    Course highlights:

Even though class is still going on, it helped me see the purpose of reading ahead in the class, to grasp the concept of the poem or story, so I don't end up confused in class.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Have a study group, it is good to have various opinions about the story to piggyback off of and discuss different meanings you have gotten from the story.
