    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it prepares you for a college English class whether or not you pass the AP exam.

    Course highlights:

I gained an insight on what it is to write on the collegiate level. The different parts of writing that we overlooked becomes so clear after you take this course. I've learned that writers put their all into their pieces and capture their audiences without being overpowering.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Review your notes! Do not wait until the day before the exam to decide and study rhetorical devices after you have been using them all year.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class gives a strong insight into the art of rhetoric. It teaches students to not only read novels, but disect them in order to discover the significant authors craft. Very informative for any writer/book lover.

    Course highlights:

In this course, I gained the ability to see books clearly. Before I just read for entertainment, now I read for understanding. There is so much argument, political aspects, voice inside of novels that everyday people simply pass up. With this course i was able to dig beyond the everyday reader.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Students should always strive to read the books thourougly and not just skim them. This is an important aspect in learning to write the papers. By simply skimming through the reads, students will lack the deeper understanding needed to disect the work.
