    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I recommend taking Government/Economics with Coleman because he made it a fun and interesting course throughout the semester.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was learning about the current events of the world every week, as well as learning about how to manage our money in the economics project. In addition, I received Coleman's advice on how to be smart in managing my money and doing work.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

10/10 would recommend taking this course because it gives you time to learn about the economy would will soon be living in and is easier than an AP class.

    Course highlights:

This class is great if you want to go into politics. It teaches you what each politician does and how you can become one. It interests me because I am very interested in Government.

    Hours per week:

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

If you have a passion for history and wish to understand how our nation's government works, then this class will be a thrill of a ride. Despite all the content that has to be memorized and learned that brings difficulty, help is provide along the way. Ms. Dooley makes this class interactive and spark interest to us the students. With her lovable attitude and enthusiasm she makes us see the government in different perspective and ignites passion for us to be more active within our government. The content we learn is fascinating, but they way we are taught and how we respond toward it makes this class even more enjoyable.

    Course highlights:

A big highlight of this course was that we are doing an issue project. In our school district, AP Government is being taught for the whole semester, but we only receive the grade bump for the first quarter. And on transcripts the school makes it look that we took AP Government for quarter and the following quarter is Law and Justice. This is unfair because we are putting all of are efforts on this AP course and only get rewarded once when every other AP course both quarters are weighted. Thank to issue projects, which were projects were we the students take up an issue and make ideas to fix it. My classmates and teacher are working hard to fix this unfairness in the AP Government course in our school district. I learn that with a sense of justice and support things can be change for greater good that are broken.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you care about Government and the United States then this is the class for you. You will learn the ways of the congress, executive, and Judaical branch. Their importance and their needed areas of fixing. The philosophy of government will also be learned. This class isn't as complicated and not a heavy workload when you don't procrastinate, but make sure to always give 110% effort.
