Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class is well organized and interesting. You learn so much content and get to learn about past wars, trends, and presidents, which are all very interesting subjects.

    Course highlights:

Some highlights of this course include how much you get to learn about the countries past. I learned about the social, political, and economic past lives of America.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be sure to take notes on everything to organize your thoughts and stay organized. Also it helps to create study groups for homework and upcoming tests.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The course was extremely time consuming, and required maximum effort every single day. I wouldn't recommend this course to anyone with a time-consuming job, as this course basically becomes your new job.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about life at home during the war, how women's rights bloomed in the 1900's and how style and trends developed alongside the war effort. I learned just how resilient humans can be.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you have the time and the passion to pursue this course - it is HARD and there is a LOT of work involved. A lot of it seems meaningless and as if it is wasted time, but trust me, it all comes together in the end.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is a basic general education course that helps make the leap between European History and Government course.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part about this course was the specific stories about the presidents that helped explain the mindsets behind some of the most famous decisions in US history.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

The key to doing well in US history along with most other history courses is keeping up with the book work. The teachers often rely heavily on the textbook readings for homework assignments and the best way to do well is to really take those assignments seriously.
