Pretty easy, overall.
I would recommend this course because the material can be used in everyday life and the instructor made it the course so interesting to the point where I never wanted to miss a class.
I learned how to manage stress on a day-to-day basis and found ways to release any negative energy. In doing so, I was able to focus on what was most important, school. This essentially allowed me to have tunnel vision to my goals.

A lot of the course work can be applied to numerous daily activities, making it easier to absorb the information given in class. Once, the student is able to apply the material, all is easy from there.
