    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it if you are looking go into business and become an entrepreneur. It teaches you strategies and It helps you get out of your comfort zone and you meet others who have knowledge about being in the business world.

    Course highlights:

I learned the aspects of creating your own business. I learned how difficult and how time consuming researching, perfecting everything, and being knowledgeable about your product you have to be before presenting that idea. It taught me about failure but also about success.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend to think about everything that could possibly go wrong and right when becoming an entrepreneur. Be open minded and learn how to take constructive criticism.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It allows you to apply your creative mind to the class. When learning about entrepreneurship, you are actually becoming one in the class itself by creating your own business. Each week, you are tested on the reading materials, 2 chapters per week. The professor gives you an ample amount of time to work on each assignment which is extremely nice if you have a crazy busy schedule like me! You have one 5 question quiz on video content. Most professors do not always provide visuals in their lectures but this class does. You can actually see how the concepts in the book are applied to successful business today. The second quiz is 10 questions on vocabulary within the chapters.

    Course highlights:

I gained a higher appreciation to going after ideas in your head. The concepts on the book made me feel confident in creating a new venture idea. This was extremely promising for me because I want to open my own business.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Always read, Do the assignments on time. Understand the concepts and apply them when developing your new venture idea.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

After attending my first semester at school, I love college! The teachers are amazing resources for knowledge and they genuinely enjoy teaching the subjects taught. The school also offers tons of opportunities to get out and have fun.

    Course highlights:

Lack of greek housing is key. Really takes away from it. Fraternities are filled with conformists who just want to throw on Vineyard Vines and do unethical things to women.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

All fraternities filled with half decent guys are very low key. However, fun is achievable without greek life here at FAU.
