    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Barnhart is a poor professor but a nice guy.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

my advice to students taking Barnhart's 3403 class is to think outside the box.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is by far my most favorite business class I have taken. He is a professor TA and very well knowledge in the field of finance. He does an amazing job at explaining the material and shows how it is applied in business. I am taking him in a future course and find his teaching abilities to be beyond par.

    Course highlights:

It is very important to study beyond the class. Just the same as you would with any other class. He does a good job at apply this class to the real business world. I feel the pace of this course is perfect to be able to learn everything required. He gives a extra credit opportunity which is a research paper on a company. He prepares his lectures by making a packet which he follows. This allows the class to be very organized and well structured. The professor allows you to use a sheet of notes for each exam allowing you to add all the formulas you need to know.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take thorough notes and ask question if you are stuck on any concepts. Also, it is very important to understand all the formulas and how it is used appropriately. He is available to answers any question you may have.
