Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Learn about Leadership theory. At the beginning, this course could be a little boring, especially if you haven't been in the academic environment for a while. Once you understand the methodology and you get used to reading academic papers you will enjoy the class. There is a lot of reading. The great thing about this class is that you can research on any topic of interest and analyze it from the leadership theory perspective. Dr. Smith will never give you the information processed that will be your job.

    Course highlights:

I'm learning about leadership theory, I'm learning to read and analyze academic papers, and writing academic reports. While reading papers about leadership, I'm learning how to apply leadership theories in my career and personal life.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the chapters before class, think about those chapters and bring questions.
