    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Although people who can learn easily through pictures and diagrams would perhaps excel, I needed more clear-cut lectures on topics.

    Course highlights:

I was able to learn about Avogadro's number, how to combine the formulas of many compounds, and the concept of electron levels.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

It may be tempting to procrastinate, but never leave your homework to the last day! Always stay up to pace, and if you're having technology troubles, get help immediately!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

You have to be interested in Chemistry and science to be able to survive the class. The little equations have to be rounded perfectly and if there's one glitch so then everything goes wrong. Otherwise for me, I enjoy the labs and usage of chemicals and their equations to make reactions.

    Course highlights:

Our Titrations Final lab, its very difficult and time consuming but its using the molarity and techniques for finding when NaOH is equal to the unknown substance.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take lots of notes and use resources such as classmates and Mr. Stock to figure out how to complete the equations and draw figures.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

College chemistry is a great class to step into the world of chemistry. It is also a great class that is challenging and makes one think. It also is a great way to prepare for the college world.

    Course highlights:

I learned most in stoichiometry and think it is the most valuable thing I have learned in that class. Conversions can be useful in any field and especially in the field I wish to go in. I also enjoyed learning about things I have never known about before.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would make sure that one is able to learn on their own. Also, be able to handle homework almost every night. Along with the important key that one wants to learn about chemistry.
