    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This course provides a huge insight into the composition of all dairy products and how they are produced. You also learn about the global dairy market.

    Course highlights:

    I really enjoyed learning the components of milk and the manufacture of cheese. There is a lot of specific steps to follow when making cheese and it is very easy to make small errors that will effect the entire outcome of it.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    To take really good notes and pay attention to what you are accomplishing in lab and the results that you get. All of the material builds off of what you cover in the very beginning so it is important that you understand and do not miss any concepts.
