    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course heavily and effectively prepares you as a life sciences major for the upper division coursework you will face later on in your degree.

    Course highlights:

This course focused around cell and molecular biology concepts such as cellular respiration, mitosis, photosynthesis, and DNA replication.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study the material after every class. If you fall behind in studying or understanding the subjects as they are being taught you will be overwhelmed before the test and it will be impossible to study everything

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Daniel is an amazing guy who's really passionate about biology, and he just wants to instill that same passion in his students.

    Course highlights:

His exams are heavily lecture based but it's good to read the textbook for a stronger grasp on the subject.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The multiple choice answer choices on his exam questions are very tricky and really test your knowledge.
