Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would definitely recommend this course - you get lots of hands on experience with the animals, and Beth is wonderful. Lecture can get a little dry, but the information is really good. She gives study guides for what will be on the test as well.
The labs were the best part of the class. You get to do all kinds of things with the animals, and then you get to see her dogs, too =) There is a lot of information on the industry, and issues in the industry, which can be a little dense, but is interesting.

Advice for students:
The study guide lets you know what will be on the tests, and the questions can get rather specific, so even littler details like percentages of animals in a particular industry or other facts that may not seem important may show up on the test.
