Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course based on the material but mainly the professor who brought life to the lessons.

    Course highlights:

This class was a interactive class (being an introvert makes me not like this idea) but the teacher made the class seamless and easy going. Even in college when sometimes need to be forced to make friends. We went through the history & progression of how music came to be. everyday we started with music. Great way to start the day!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Great class to cover a GE unit

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class if you love more classical music because the teacher demonstrates his appreciation for this genre that others might not have. Even if you don't per se like classical music, the professor provides different ways to make the music interesting to the entire class.

    Course highlights:

The highlights I have about this class was hearing various music and listening to student performers we have at this school. Another highlight I had about this class was Professor Russell's different ways to make the class entertaining for people who didn't like classical music. He was able to tell the story of the piece with acting as each character the song focused on. It helped gain and keep the attention of the students that were with me.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Try to enjoy the class and try to participate in the activities he has because it will help you with the tests he gives. He understands that not everyone might like the genres of music he teachers, so he tries to make it entertaining for the entire class.
