    great professor. very quiet, but easy graded and you learn a lot about oceanography

    Course highlights:

    Everything about the oceans, a good start to physical oceanography

    This class and professor ROCK! The class is fun and interesting and Rumbold really helps you understand those tough concepts!

    I really got a better understanding of how the oceans move and operate!

    Course Overview:

    Oceanography in general is a great subject to study. During this course I learned about many topics that helped me in my future career

    Course highlights:

    This was an active learning course in the sense that it was more than a lecture and homework everyday. We were actively out in the field learning and preparing for our jobs in the industry. Our research vessel trip was one of the highlights

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Dont slack off. It may seem like an easy course but stay motivated and put time and thought into it so that you ultimately get more out of it in the end
