Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor is one of the founding members of the Hospitality Program. She has worked in the industry most of her life and has a great deal of knowledge to share with the class.

    Course highlights:

The curriculum was mostly basic hospitality operations. We wrote a few papers on current industry trends and events which really helped us familiarize ourselves with the ever growing nature of the industry.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The professor grades you on participation, so make sure to attend every class. She gave us a multitude of assignments, however, they were all weighted the same in the grade-book so as long as you put time and effort into the course you end up with a good grade. In addition, she also dropped the lowest test score.
