Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because students who are advocates of biology and love learning would benefit highly from this course with this professor.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course were going around campus and naming every plant species we saw. After a week we knew every single one, from mold to flowers to trees. Not only did we gain the knowledge of knowing species but also, we knew how to tell whether they were male or female and new how they conducted sexual reproduction.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

READ! Reading is the key to passing any class in college. The lab assignments help greatly with the quizzes and practicals. Study with a group of people who will not distract but help you. Doing so, you can learn from each other and get answers you didn't know how to find.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is a higher level thinking course and for us science majors is very crucial in our undergraduate studies.

    Course highlights:

Some of the highlights were dissections, so far we have dissected rats, squids, sea stars, clams. This helps us further understand the parts and their functions for each organism.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

make study groups and take your time when going over the information, notecards were my best friend.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It was a required course but the labs were often too much for the topics being discussed in lecture.

    Course highlights:

I gained the ability to perform labs quickly and accurately.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to do more work than the lecture class.
