    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it was a challenge! It pushed me to new limits and showed me what I was capable of doing. Overall, the course was extremely time consuming and had a lot of readings. I am happy I was able to take the course and I am happy with what I was able to take away from it.

    Course highlights:

Overall, you learn history!! Fascinating stuff, and some of the topics we discussed were so intriguing. My personal favorite was learning about John F. Kennedy

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you work as hard as you can, nothing will be handed to you. The teachers expect you to work for good grades. You may have gotten reccmended for the class but you have to WANT it.

    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it, because I learned a lot of information in this class. It went in-depth with every time period, and we learned the content without heavy bias in certain scenarios.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to take notes properly, and self-studying. It made me a more independent student and I had to put much more effort into studying, because it was such a hard class.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to work a lot outside of school, with a lot of note taking, and studying almost all the time. There are a lot of facts that are needed to be understood and used to analyze and draw conclusions.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you don't have a passion for American history, this course might literally kill you.

    Course highlights:

Honestly, with Mr. Smith, there were no highlights, to be fair it was the first year that he was teaching this course but I had an awful time.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the textbook, take all the notes, and internalize as much as you can.
