Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend to always do your work and read the stories in English 11A. If you do not you will be lost in the book tests or quizzes and it will hurt your grade. Also if you have any questions or are having a hard time to stay after or ask questions during class. Mr. Clark is a great teacher and would be more then happy to help you.

    Course highlights:

I was able to advance my communication skills by being openly to ask questions. Mr. Clark makes his classroom and judge free zone so if you are someone who is afraid to ask questions you do not have to be in his class. He likes discussions and some of our discussions were not only beneficial in what we were learning in school but a lot of it relates to the outside world.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

When taking this class, you must do your work to the best of your ability. You will not be able to only do half of your ability, you will fall behind. Once you are behind its hard to catch back up. Mr. Clark does not want you to fail and as long as you put in the work he will work with you to get a grade you deserve.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This English class is a requirement, but also with this particular teacher there is a ton of great discussions.

    Course highlights:

This class felt less like a high school class and more like a college discussion group. You learn of the basics that you are required to learn but you also learn about interpreting texts and discussion texts intelligently.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Go into this class with an open mind, be ready for discussions, and participate. This class works so much better if all of the students are not crickets.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because, it will help you learn how to get out of your shell, especially with Mr. Clark as your teacher. He not only listens to your ideas but takes them into consideration on how to move forward.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was writing about The Great Gatsby. I learned that sometimes the ideas I may hold, may be the ideas of other students as well and that they might be good people to work with.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell the students to always read the course material and do not be afraid to ask questions because he wants you to understand the material.
