    upperclassmen dorm is only a few blocks away. Any apartment in the same location with the same space would be thousands of dollars more, so that's really the payoff.

    . I find it rewarding to work really hard and know that I produced something that I can use in a portfolio, and know that I really earned my professors' positive remarks.

    Course highlights:

    The rooms aren't particularly exciting, and the bathrooms leave more to be desired.

    But it's better than a New York City apartment you would get for the same price.
