    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course to anyone who needs to take a Global Learning class because you learn so much about religions and the different forms of myths. The professor makes us all relax and we meditate before class to keep us alert throughout the class.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course is the group project which is for us to conduct fieldwork with any religion we would like to learn about, I learned a lot of Hinduism and about the temple itself. My group and I had to go to a nearby temple to gather information about Hindu's and take notes. I learned to not be ethnocentric when learning about the different beliefs and values.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you do all your readings before class and take the pre-assignment before class, the lecture consigns exactly with the textbook and is very simple to understand. Also, stay engaged in class during the discussions since participation is a huge part of our grade. This class is interesting and you will actually want to read the assignments.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the articles that she gives you, many of the quiz questions are based on it. Also do not leave the final paper until the last minute, it was a huge regret of mine and i stayed up extremely late just to complete it on time.
