This class was tough.
I think it is the perfect class to take if you want to learn how to eat healthier and understand why we need certain nutrients.
The highlight of the course is learning in great detail how the body breaks down and digest the food we eat. We learned about macronutrients and micronutrients as well as how they both play a part in our daily routine.
