    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The course is very interesting, pretty easy class if you read and do the work.

    Course highlights:

While this class will touch upon artistic expression in a variety of western and non-western cultures, its intention is to treat aspects of artistic expression at work as cultures interact, rather than provide a survey of the world’s cultures. The College of Architecture + The Arts offers a variety of courses in multi-cultural studies in the specific arts for those of you who are interested in pursuing that topic more deeply, and we encourage you to ask us for guidance in choosing an appropriate course based upon your specific interests.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the material, and do all the work, you need time is a lot of work.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it exposes you to many different kinds of artistic expression, from music to art to movies, and delves in to why humans feel the need to create.

    Course highlights:

My favorite portion of this course was the weekly videos that we were asked to watch. Sometimes they were accompanied with questions to help you better understand the message in the videos.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go in with an open mind, just as you would with any course! Follow the assignments in the order and pace that the instructor suggests, and you will have a stress-free semester!
