    Course Overview:

    Overall, it provides you with the basic knowledge of what a manager will do in a company. Dr. Chen is energetic and his lecture is worth listening.

    Course highlights:

    In this course, you will learn organization strategies and how to selection a project, how to define a project using WBS(work breakdown structure), how to estimate project time and cost, how to manage risk and the project team.

    6-8 hours

    Follow the professor's power point closely only if want to get a good result in midterm and final:)
