    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The professor is extremely helpful and nice, she made sure everyone understood the topics and individually help each student better their essay.

    Course highlights:

I have never liked English, so I thought that this class would be challenging for me but the professor has really helped me understand the topics. This course focused on finding and using ethos, pathos, and logos.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't procrastinate, I try not to do this but it still happens to me. Don't start writing your assignment the day that it is due.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I was in the Upward Bound Program at FIU and they took us in during the summer to live on campus for 5 weeks (week days only) while also taking a few college classes. I enjoyed the English class with Professor Elmore the most, hands down one of the best classes. He's a fun professor and will break things down for you if the extra information is needed.

    Course highlights:

Professor Elmore taught us about literature narrative. By far the best assignment through out the class. In this assignment we were to write about a problem we face in our life that was literature based and how we over came this specific problem. Professor Elmore gave us examples and asked many questions based off of our stories, he seemed really interested and drawn in to the stories.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To any students considering the course be prepared to write and read a lot. Also be prepared to read in front of a crowd. The course is pretty easy and fun but the work can pile up if you're not on top of it. The assignments are fun and easy to do as well and can probably help you build healthy relationships.
