    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I found the course to have an extremely heavy workload, and at times the assignments could become too difficult to handle. However, this course is essential for anyone going into a biology major after high school, and I learned how to cope with lots of responsibility.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed some of the laboratory work, because the hands-on material was engaging with the students. I also enjoyed learning how capable I was at dedicating my time between all the responsibilities I have, and still maintaining a sort of successful student career.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you are ready to dedicate multiple hours of study and effort into this course, and be prepared to not always succeed. The important thing is to try your best, and nothing less.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

AP Biology has broadened my understanding of biology and also allowed me to retain more information to keep with me through college. She helps us get involved and drives the information into our heads to ensure we have it forever.

    Course highlights:

This highlights of this course were doom. the hands on activities to allow me to visually see the things I am learning as well as get a feel of experience for it all. I have learned everything in extremes from the makeup of cells to how an environment interacts and how proteins are made to why we walk upright today.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to be ready to work and dedicate a lot of time. This class is not hard as long as you keep up with assignments and pay attention in class. Always ask Ms Galush if you have questions and reread all you're information.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I recommend AP Biology to any future students as it may be the easiest and most useful AP course in the system. Biology surrounds each and every person, so why not have an understanding of what is happening? In this course, you will learn just that.

    Course highlights:

The video notes created by Ms. Shelly Galusha were the best part of the course, second to none. Through these notes I was able to retain every bit of information needed for the AP exam in May.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you take any and all notes given, and make either a study guide or flashcards out of them.
