Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Going into this course, public speaking was not one of my strengths. However, now that I have taken the course I have become a much more confident speaker. We studied vocabulary and techniques used during speeches. We also studied each other, giving feedback on things we did well while delivering our speeches and things we could improve on.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to be a more confident speaker. Each speech was graded based on posture, filler words, overall presentation, etc. I felt that seeing where I needed to improve on paper helped me to improve the next time I delivered a speech.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study your vocabulary! In the beginning I chose not to study my vocabulary because I thought I knew it, but I was not too happy receiving a 60% on a quiz when it should have been an easy 100%. Take the time to practice your speeches. When I practiced my speeches, I found I did much better and was more confident than when I chose not to.

    Advice for students:

This class is a great way to not only write creatively, but to learn to cope with stage fright.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

We all at some point in our lives will have to stand in front of people and talk, and we all know how that might end. The best way to get ready for such a situation is taking a Public Speaking Class. Everyone with you will be learning how to speak without fear of eyes, you wont be the only one; and trust me you will be surprised of how much you're going to learn.

    Course highlights:

Beside learning how to talk if front of bunch of people staring at me, all the speeches we did didn't only improve my speaking skills but they made my writing skills a 100 times better.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Try your best, enjoy it, and have fun!
