Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to those who are interested in pursuing a career in medicine. If not, then I wouldn't recommend it because there is a lot to memorize in such a short period of time.

    Course highlights:

I learned the different directional terms for body parts in relation to other parts of the body. I also learned just how complex organ function is and how organs are able to work with each other to complete daily tasks.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make flashcards for everything! Body cavities, body regions, and bones especially, because there is so much to memorize. It will be extremely difficult to remember all of the names for everything when it comes time to take the test.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Accelerated Physics was a faster paced Physics class that slightly went more in depth than the regular physics class. I really liked the class because it was very hands on, Mr. Fitzgerald made sure to show how physics worked in real life rather than only doing formulas and solving equations. In addition to this, Mr.Fitzgerald was a wonderful teacher who always made sure that his students understood each topic before moving on to a new one or building upon it.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the class were the interesting discussions that we had as a class regarding Physics. I learned the basics of science as a lot of concepts learned in this class came back the next year in Chemistry. Those concepts also helped me when I took Astronomy that same year.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Advice for students taking this course would be to make sure they study. Some topics are slightly difficult to master and require studying at home. Additionally, paying attention to Mr. Fitzgerald will greatly benefit you as he regularly goes over topics that students have trouble mastering.
