    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    The professor does a great job of teaching the importance of agriculture and food production.

    Course highlights:

    Highlights include learning terms regulations and equipment used for food production and storage. Also learning about the composition of food including what vitamins they are made of.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Take good notes. They are very helpful for the quizzes and exams.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This class was just the beginning intro to Food Science and technology. I loved it every step of the way. If you love Food Science, I highly recommend it. It gives you an inside look into the field, what you can contribute, what you learn, and how you can implement what you learn in your career path.

    Course highlights:

    I learned the exact science dealing with the agriculture world, the market, what fields to stay away from, and how to invest in farmland.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Only considerate if Agriculture is really one of your passions.
