    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

There were lots of labs to help guide you receive a hands on learning experience.

    Course highlights:

I learned everything from a basic cell to the theories of how that cell came about.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes and use the study questions provided to help you study through out the year.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Taking this course in high school will help tremendously when a student goes to college. Taking the course in high school is easier than taking it college because the teacher almost "dumbs down" the course to make it easier for students. Taking it in high school is cheaper than taking it in college.

    Course highlights:

Some of my highlights were learning about how all the steps to meiosis works and how incredible cells actually are. I plan on majoring in Biology when I go to college, but just for someone that is trying to be a step ahead of his or her class I would highly recommend.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice that I would give to students that each and every student needs to develop a good study habit. Even though this course is taught by a high school teacher they expect more from the student taking dual than the student in a standard class.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

While there isn't really anything wrong with the class itself, the way it's taught isn't helpful for me or my peers.

    Course highlights:

There haven't been many new things I've learned from this course, but more of a review of my past bio class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The quizzes are super hard; don't focus too much on them. Focus on the chapter tests because they're much easier to create study guides for.
