    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Very challenging course, but you learn a lot. Lots of studying for quizzes and tests, so make sure to balance it with your other classes.

    Course highlights:

You learn a lot, from microbiology to the human body. It's a very in depth course with many modern connections too.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always do the readings, especially out of the textbook! Anything and everything is possible test material.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to any student with a curiosity for how life as we know it works! I will admit, however, that there is a fair amount of memorization involved with this course as there are daily readings that need to be memorized to the tee.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course consist of learning in the utmost detail of how life around us works. Whether it be investigating the processes of cellular respiration or understanding how evolution has occurred, this course is a must.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The single biggest skill needed to succeed in this course is a sense initiative. Specifically, if you take the time out of your day to talk to the teacher before or after school, you will learn any concepts that you don't understand and ultimately thrive.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I liked this class because I learned a lot about biology and the little things that make up the human body.

    Course highlights:

I loved doing experiments. Mr. Nuss was a great teacher and he made learning fun.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study hard for the tests because there was always material that wasn't on the study guide that was on the test.
