    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because I love the subjects taught in the course. Anyone who has a passion for history like me will benefit greatly from this class. I think as my first AP class it was a very eye-opening way to see how Advanced Placement classes really are.

    Course highlights:

I think this course is good for learning how to better manage your time. This course has a tremendous amount of information that needs to be covered before the exam date. Some of my favorite things about this course were learning new things about how America came to be how it is now. I loved learning about America's involvement in wars as well as how immigrants obtained their rights.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

To be successful in this class you really have to do the work. You have to put your all in to the class and really try. If you have a question you have to see the teacher because they can help another outlet is gilderlehrman.com its a website that provides a tremendous amount of useful information. Always read the chapters, they also have good information. A study book is helpful if you use it and get it early in the year. There is no early time to begin studying for the test. Don't wait until March, get started as soon as you can. In the end the amount of work you put in to the course will determine your score.
