    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course because it's not only a great course, but also a great opportunity for students who are interested in learning other languages. Also, it's very beneficial in terms of getting a job because you'll be able to get a job where you can help translate for people who can't speak English, etc. Also, it feels good to learn and speak another language. I've been taking Spanish in High School for 4 years now and its been really helpful.

    Course highlights:

Things I gained from taking this course was having the opportunity to learn various things about the language its self, the different cultures, traditions, food, music and so much more! It helped me interact with others by speaking to them in their native language which really made me feel good, and also help others by translating for them.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice that I would give to students considering this course would be to study hard and always try their best. Don't let your fear of learning another language stop you from learning to speak and fully understand a language that you might end up liking and finding easier that you could imagine. Practice because its going to help you learn things faster and better.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would, especially for those interested in writing. Even if it's fictional you're aiming for, this course give you a good structure.

    Course highlights:

In an English class, students typically read fictional narratives but this class is non-fiction focused, helping students to analyze journals, reports and essays as while as write them ourselves. The readings we go over are intriguing and the writing styles and tools we use are very helpful, especially to someone aiming to have a future in communications.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go into it willingly, the workload is relatively easy but the curriculum is complex and can be a lot to take on. But it's understandable as long as you study and ask questions.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I personally love to write but I know many others that find it difficult — this course breaks everything down and both simplifies and clarifies the process.

    Course highlights:

I learned that essay structure is a myth because there are many forms of essays and tons of ways to write all of them.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Writing may seem like a hassle but repetition is key when reviewing vocabulary and gramatic structures. Reading is key to helping you be a better writer; this is a big supplement of the lang & comp course.
